Who is behind Marion Thishen-Hendess Coaching | Training | Experience Nature?

Hi, I'm Marion Thishen-Hendess from Hamburg — passionate nature guide, well-known moor guide and business coach.

I prefer to combine personality coaching and business workshops with experiencing nature and animal-assisted coaching.

Because in nature, the mind is free and the body relaxes. The recovery leads to new ways of thinking and fresh solutions. Nature helps us discover new worlds and break new ground.

Nature is my place of strength.

Nature has shaped, taught and inspired me since childhood. After more than 30 years as an industrial clerk, manager and in sales & marketing, I have combined my two great passions: experiencing nature and personal development.

Today, I accompany people on their individual journey — whether in personal coaching, in a group or in nature-oriented experience settings. My mission is to get you out of stressful everyday life and into the invigorating power of nature so that you gain clarity, develop inner strength and follow your personal path with confidence. In my work, I combine horse-assisted coaching, nature experiences in the forest, in the moor and as a herbal hike with mindful methods of personal and team development, as well as forest bathing.

Where real experience is possible, there are no fixed space limits — depending on the event, both small groups and larger teams are possible, for example during guided nature or herbal hikes or outdoor events. Thanks to flexible outdoor locations, I can accompany groups of up to about 15-25 people close to nature; for larger team trainings or corporate events, I plan individual settings and locations together with you. Nature itself offers space for encounter, reflection and shared experience — free, fresh and inspiringly different.

My courses and events are more than “just events” — they are experiences that combine: nature, personal development and sustainable impulses. Whether you discover our native flora on a wild or herb hike, experience rare habitats during a moor tour or gain new perspectives for your life in a workshop — every event is practical, moving and effective. The combination of experience, empathy and mindfulness close to nature creates moments that stay in the mind and bridge everyday life. What makes my work special is that I combine coaching methods, horse-assisted encounters, team building elements and experiencing nature into a holistic experience — individual, sensual and profoundly effective.

What is special about my group formats is that nature itself becomes part of the experience and the learning experience. Through playful, collaborative activities, mindful reflections and experiences close to nature, deep group dynamics are created that connect, strengthen and open up new perspectives.

Teams experience how they work together to improve communication, build trust and reduce stress — far away from traditional spaces, but in the middle of a natural environment. Each event is individually tailored to the needs of the group, so that real team development takes place on equal footing.
