About this class

Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing, is used as a healing therapy in Japan. The pure air in the forest, the finest essential aerosols that trees release into the air, create a healthy climate. The quiet, green atmosphere in the forest soothes, reduces stress and has a balancing effect.

The forest with light exercise is good for health and brings body, mind and soul into balance.

While forest bathing in Hamburg, off the beaten track, we explore our local nature. We combine experiences of nature with old and new knowledge about local herbs and trees and their healing effects on our health.
